Philippe Dorin was born in 1956 in Cluny. He is a playwright who has written a large part of his work for young audiences. He first worked as an author and actor in Strasbourg. Then he founded his own company, pour ainsi dire. He also wrote opera librettos and organized meetings and discussions to reflect on the role of the writer in society.
