Les Aventuriers du ciel
The performance was put on 235 times between 1955 and 1982, first by Andréa, Lucienne, and André Blin, then by Claude Bargas, Benoit Svahn, and Frédéric Blin. It is an enchanting and humorous take on space travel, not long before the orbital flight of Laika (1957). The heroes, Anatole and Fric, were featured in several performances of the Blin company between 1947 and 1964.
A dangerous journey ends well
Anatole wants to save Fric, who was mistakenly sent into space. They visit the Moon, Venus, the planet of Dame Tartine (Lady Toast), and that of the Père Noël (Father Christmas). Their trip ends in the pot of the Peaux-Rouges (Redskins), but a clever idea from the Chat Tempête (Storm Cat) saves them.
